Don’t think a lot of people realize that it isn’t just the government workers that are affected by this. Everybody will feel the impact in some way.

Millions of people could be laid off. Okay? millions of Americans could be without a job in the next 24- 48 hours. That previously before the pandemic when when all the federal workers were working in the office he was doing very well then the pandemic hit people started the whole work from home thing and his business struggled he’s got it you know going fairly well now but if the federal government shuts down this business this this building is going to be empty probably empty completely empty This is why millions of Americans should be concerned about this event because the federal government has only until Tuesday at 11:59 p.m. before they shut down if there’s not an agreement.

So, are you willing to what they’re really asking for is they want to pay for illegal aliens that have come into our country by the millions and get onto the ROS and they want to pay and our people don’t want to do that. Our people are taxed enough. You know, we just approved the largest tax decrease ever in the history of our country, including the extension of the previous Trump you know, Trump tax cuts.
White House Threatens Permanent Layoffs:-
The tax cuts that we just approved, they want to use those tax cuts to give the money to illegal aliens, people that came into our country illegally and that are leaving the country.So, what President Trump just there at the end, there’s been a self-deportation. And if you don’t know what this is, what’s been happening is there’s been a huge change since the Trump administration took over where illegal immigrants and you know, many others aren’t actually allowed to get certain benefits. As a result, these states are cracking down and not giving the benefits to illegal immigrants.

The Office of Management and Budget sent a memo to federal agencies telling them to consider reduction in force notices for employees in programs, project or activities that won’t be funded during a shutdown.

If the government shuts down at all, 25% of my office will likely be let go. There is no way to tell how many people for sure will be laid off in the end, but my boss has informed me that the funding that we were getting under the previous administration is gone. And as a result, my job is no longer safe. Their job is no longer safe. And millions of Americans are waiting to determine is the federal government going to be shut down in just the next 24 to 48 hours. And if it is, who is going to be coming back to work because they’re deemed essential? And who will be ne will never be called back ever again? That’s the big question.
What a Continuing Resolution (CR) Could Do:-
A government shutdown happens when Congress can neither pass all 12 appropriations bills needed to fund the government nor pass a continuing resolution or a CR, which typically keeps funding levels static while lawmakers hustle to finish their work on spending bills. So essentially what they’re trying to do right now is do something called a CR, a continuing resolution where the funding from the previous year just kind of rolls over for the next handful of weeks and they’re they’re trying to get it to the the middle of November because that would give lawmakers more time to negotiate. f this works, then the government doesn’t shut down and they continue to negotiate and potentially reach an agreement before workers are laid off and before parks are closed and libraries are are stopped and right, you get the idea. However, it could have more devastating effects on the federal workforce than previous shutdowns, giving the administration’s orders to undertake mass firings. Does go on to say programs like Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid will continue along with the postal service, Veterans Affairs, hospitals, and clinics, and immigration and border patrol security activities among others.
