The Trailer Drops :-
The new Hunger Games trailer is here for Sunrise on the Reaping.The fact that we had the Sunrise on the Reaping book and the film trailer within one calendar year Incredible. If it wasn’t like the venue for the murder of children, this would be a lovely holiday resort. Like, imagine the hikes you’d have around there. Everything is poisonous. Unfortunately. So, but wow. You know what? This is what they always nail with the Hunger Games movies is that this actually looks realistic. That’s a That doesn’t look crazy CGI. And think it was filmed in Spain, right? You know, even though it is obviously spectacular, it looks real.
Emotional Prep? Nonexistent.;-
It looks like something from this world and that actually makes it more terrifying. Anyway, sorry. >> Glory. They’re so young. It’s like we’re watching the Hunger Games TV show like they would in the district. It is giving street wear.
The Kids… They’re So Young:-
Next year the countdown is on. That’s President Snow. That’s Lord Voldemort as President Snow. Whoa. Someone needs to make like sideby-side comparisons of all three iterations.There’s Jesse Lenor Dove. Oh, this is going to be the end of me. Effie trinket. Let’s go. Effie trinket reveal. El Fanning. Bravo. And you know what? The outfit looks very kind of homemade. It looks a bit thrown together, which is obviously what Effie would be doing at this moment in time. Like, she would be self-styling, whereas by the time the Katniss and Peter’s games roll around, she’s obviously kind of she’s got more money. She’s in this kind of authoritative position.
Costume Department: Already Winning:-
She’s got better access to wardrobe. She’s now part of the TV show of the Hunger Games in the capital, so she can obviously afford more elaborate costumes. Look at that necklace. Look at that necklace. The the butterfly. Are you kidding me? Isn’t her dress in the original Hunger Games movie made of butterflies? Oh my goodness.Lots of references to Catching Fire, like the um aspect ratio change, the butterfly dress that is in Catching Fire. And think that makes sense because Sunrise on the Reaping is sort of the companion piece to Catching Fire, whereas Songbirds and Snakes was a companion piece to the original Hunger Games, which makes me think that there is going to be a third prequel that will be a companion piece to Mocking Jay.
Catching Fire Parallels Everywhere:-
So think there’s lots of illusions specifically to Catching Fire. That’s not the young guy. That’s not Young Hay Mitch. Think these games are going to be different. When they step out on that premier red carpet, just you wait. Have to go back again because Was that the house on fire? Shut up. Shut up. Oh my god.
